Made with high-quality hubei turquoise & sterling silver, these handmade everyday earrings are one of a kind. Designed to be an everyday earring, these huggie hoops are incredibly comfortable and will stay secure for any activity! Inspired by the water of the Chama River, the back of these earrings is cut out with an abstract design of how I saw the water’s movement.
The huggie hoop clasp is a hinge attachment that clicks into place and stays secure all day long.
Made on the road out of my traveling studio during our full-time travels through Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico!

Size: These earrings fall at approximately 3.5 cm and weigh only 4.8 grams each. Choose between a 12mm and a 14mm hoop — there is no difference in price!
Everyone’s earlobe and piercing location is different, so pick the size that would be most comfortable for you. All photos are taken with the 12mm hoops. See this video for an up close look at this ear attachment & earring design!

MY #1 TIP FOR TURQUOISE JEWELRY IS TO KEEP IT AWAY FROM MOISTURE!
Submersion will change the color of the turquoise, so if you want it to stay the same color as when you buy it, take it off before showering, swimming, + doing the dishes!
Tarnish can easily be removed with a polishing cloth (:

The Sunshine Polishing cloth is how I recommend you keep your silver polished! Rub this cloth on your piece, and it will clean off any tarnish. The cloth will quickly turn black - this is expected. It can be used until the entire cloth has blackened.
If your piece is heavily tarnished, you can rub your piece first with #0000 grade steel wool to remove most of the tarnish, then rub it with the polishing cloth to get a polished finish. Be sure to avoid the stones during this process!
