Made with high-quality golden hill turquoise, fresh water pearls, and sterling silver, these handmade snow drop tandem earrings are simple, elegant, and truly one of a kind. They are also incredibly comfortable and rival the classic threader earring as the lightest earring I make!
A new design to MEA, these earrings were inspired by the snow tipped trees I’ve been surrounded by this winter.
Made on the road out of my traveling studio during our full-time winter travels through Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Arizona!

They are incredibly comfortable and offer a sculptural earring without the weight or price of the classic MEA sculpture design. These earrings rival the classic threader as the lightest earrings I offer!
This snow drop sculpture design embodies my most playful and genuine artistic style. They were inspired by the haphazardly blown and snow crusted trees I’ve been surrounded by this winter! The asymmetrical design presents sister earrings that complement rather than copy, balancing fresh water pearls, turquoise, and a handmade sterling silver bead beautifully between the two ears.
Multiple iterations were done to create these earrings. The design is based on the stones chosen, impacting chain length and pearl and bead placement. These earrings originally had three stones and were much longer! It was iterated on multiple times before landing on the final design; the sculptural snow drop earring designs are extremely unique and cannot be recreated!

caring for your jewelry:
MY #1 TIP FOR TURQUOISE JEWELRY IS TO KEEP IT AWAY FROM MOISTURE!
Submersion will change the color of the turquoise, so if you want it to stay the same color as when you buy it, take it off before showering, swimming, + doing the dishes!
Tarnish can easily be removed with a polishing cloth (:

The Sunshine Polishing cloth is how I recommend you keep your silver polished! Rub this cloth on your piece, and it will clean off any tarnish. The cloth will quickly turn black - this is expected. It can be used until the entire cloth has blackened.
If your piece is heavily tarnished, you can rub your piece first with #0000 grade steel wool to remove most of the tarnish, then rub it with the polishing cloth to get a polished finish. Be sure to avoid the stones during this process!
